It’s a real nuisance to try to rebuild a home. Imagine my position in life since my job is to rebuild houses for money. Yea, that is right I am an interior designer. My job basically is to try and convince various people that the cheapest solution is not always the best. You see at the last house I built I worked with a family who had a very limited budget. When we came to the subject of lighting in the house I tried to convince them to use led gu10 bulbs.

They are a bit expensive I admit but those are the kind of bulbs you use if you want to be sure of your purchase. They have much longer lasting that any other light bulbs and on the long run they come of cheaper than the "cheap" ones. Not to mention that they have no hazardous or toxic material in them and that they are suggested by many eco experts. So I tell you again, buy the led gu10 bulbs and you can't go wrong. But it's hard because people can't see beyond the price tag.

And not to mention that we are talking about the lighting in the house, one of the cheapest parts to renovate. God only knows what will happen when we get to the part of furniture. Believe me my job is a total nerve breaker. Imagine this, you can't get people to buy a slightly expensive light bulb such as the led gu10 bulbs and they expect you to renovate their home.
